Vincent is the Senior advisor in WEsustain.no

He is a working environment and human factors expert, specializing in petroleum industry and maritime industry.

Vincent earned his PhD from the Department of Marine Technology, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). His research topic was Human Factors in Marine Design and Operations. It lies within the corridor of the risk and reliability engineering. He has a bachelor (B.Eng) degree in Offshore Engineering and a bachelor of arts (BA) degree in Industrial Psychology. Vincent studied for his MSc in the Department of Marine Technology, NTNU, specializing in marine structures. His previous research and consulancy projects cover a wide range of topics from structural engineering, sea transportation, port management, logistics and supply chain management, safety in shipping, and human and organizational related problems.
